Return Policy

We've a 30- day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with markers, and in its original packaging. You ’ll also need the damage or evidence of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@ganglight.com. However, we ’ll send you a return shipping marker, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package, If your return is accepted. Particulars sent back to us without first requesting a return won't be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please check your order upon event and contact us incontinently if the item is imperfect, damaged or if you admit the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Order not delivered

If your item has not arrived within 30 days after having ordered, please contact us for a free replacement order or a full refund of your purchase. (Please note this policy excludes errors made by customers when providing incorrect shipping details on their orders or missed parcel deliveries)

Exceptions/non-returnable particulars

Certain types of particulars can not be returned, like perishable goods ( similar as food, flowers, or shops), custom products ( similar as special orders or personalized particulars), and particular care goods ( similar as beauty products). We also don't accept returns for dangerous materials, ignitable liquids, or feasts. Please get in touch if you have questions or enterprises about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we can not accept returns on trade items or gift cards.
